The Founder and Owner: Mrs. ReNada Myers

I believe my experience and expertise in the area of coaching, teaching, mentoring skills and not to limit early childhood development, cognitive development, and early literacy qualifies my uniqueness for the position as an owner /administrator of a Head Start/Early Head Start operator.  I am an award-winning early childhood educator/childcare worker and professional employee who has played a major role in promoting the growth and profitability at Wayne State Merrill Palmer Early Childcare Center as a GSRP Early Childhood educator and in the Literacy/Title1 grades k-3rd program in Academy Schools across Michigan for which I have worked. I have also had the pleasure in working with troubled youth throughout the school sector.  Now I would like to bring my abilities and knowledge to work as an owner/administrator of a Family Development facility in the Michigan area.

My teaching and education development experience has provided me with a strong understanding of literacy development, parent communication, and problem solving, as well as Latchkey director and customer/communicator service.  I am able to identify, acquire, and develop professional school ethics, and have been recognized throughout my career for my ability to increase smiles and resolve issues appropriately. In my present position, in addition to serving as Title 1 Teacher, I have consistently exceeded most of Title 1 goals, and have earned several positive responses from students, teachers, parents and administrators.  My past achievements are indicative of a dynamic leader who possesses strong people and organizational skills.

My experience runs the gamut from childcare worker, childcare owner, childcare director, and teacher to Title 1 teacher and many more developments to excellent Family Autism Advocate support Coordinator.
